If I buy shoes, how do I add the service?

All you need to do is to add both the shoes and the crystallizing service to your shopping bag together. You’ll find the links to our selection of 18 crystallized patterns on the item page for any pair of ballroom dance shoes. Select your pattern and add it to your shopping bag along with your choice of shoes. Once you complete your checkout, we’ll take care of the rest.

How do I add the service for my own shoes? / Do I have to buy new shoes to get the service?

If you already own a pair of ballroom dance shoes that you’d like to upgrade, you can send them to us. First you need to place an order for the crystallizing pattern of your choice. Once you’ve made your order, ship your shoes to us with your order information included. After we’ve received your shoes, our studio will get started right away on making your shoes even more beautiful. Please make sure the shoes you send to us are clean and neat. That’ll help our studio do their best work.

How much does it cost?

All of our 18 patterns are available in any color produced by Swarovski Elements. There are two types of service and two price levels for each type. One is crystallized heels and vamps, and the other is crystallized heels only. For crystallized heels and vamps, the price for Crystal AB is $135-$145; all other colors are $155-$165. For crystallized heels, the price for Crystal AB is $110; all other colors are $130. Not only available in 16 crystal colors but also for custom rhinestone colors. Do I have to pay for shipping?

Our normal shipping policies apply. If your order is $99 or more with a US address, the shipping cost is FREE. If your order is under $99 or doesn’t qualify for another reason (international, express shipping), the shipping fee will be determined by the weight and location, as per usual.

If you send shoes to us, you’ll be responsible for the initial shipping cost. We encourage you to ship your shoes using the least expensive carrier with tracking service. Once your shoes are finished being stoned, our normal shipping policies apply, as detailed above.

How long will it take?

If you send shoes to us, the service requires about 2 weeks once we’ve received your shoes. If you purchase new shoes, the service will require 2 weeks in addition to the original processing time for your order of shoes. For example, if the processing time for the shoes is 1 to 3 weeks, another 2 weeks will be required for the service in addition to that processing time.

Will I be notified when the shoes are ready?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email when your shoes are ready for shipment.

What if I’m not happy with the stoning?

Unfortunately, all orders for the crystallizing service are final. Before you finalize your order, please double check and make certain that you’ve selected the correct pattern. No returns, exchanges, or requests for a refund will be accepted. Before you checkout, you will be notified of the special order terms for a purchase of the crystallizing service.

What kind of shoes can be crystallized?

At this time, the crystallizing service is only available for ladies’ ballroom shoes. If you want to crystallize other styles, please contact us ([email protected]) for details.

How do I clean crystallized shoes?

If your crystallized shoes become soiled, a soft lint-free cloth will help you to retain the original sheen of the crystal elements. Use lukewarm water with a few drops of mild dish detergent or soap with a PH neutral base. Afterwards dry them with a lint-free cloth to avoid spotting and prevent lint from spoiling the shine. Always dry your crystallized shoes immediately after cleaning and store them in a dry, cool place.
