Shipping Time
Shipment Processing Time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on product availability. Availability is indicated in each product description on our web site. Example: Usually ships in 3 - 5 days.
Shipping & Handling
  • For US orders: DanceShopper offers free shipping for qualifying orders of $99 or more to customers with a continental US shipping address (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). Free shipments are sent via USPS Standard Mail or FedEx Ground. Tracking service is provided for all free shipments. Insurance and signature services are available at request for a fee. Free shipping is not available for clearance purchases or expedited shipping methods. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee can be estimated on our website by adding items to the “Shopping Bag” and clicking the "Estimate Shipping Charges" button on the left side of the "Shopping Bag” page. DanceShopper is not liable for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
  • For international orders: DanceShopper offers the shipping options listed below. The shipping fee is determined by the weight, shipping method, and destination of the order. The shipping fee can be estimated on our website by adding items to the “Shopping Bag” and clicking the “Estimate Shipping Charges” button on the left side of the “Shopping Bag” page. For Supadance shoes, however, DanceShopper is pleased to offer free shipping worldwide via USPS Standard Mail. Please note that for international shipments only USPS Express Mail includes tracking service as well as insurance against a lost shipment.

    USPS Express Mail 3-5 Business Days
    USPS Priority Mail 4-7 Business Days
    USPS Standard Mail 7-10 Business Days
Shipping Time Based on Shipping Method (the shipment delivery options) can be viewed in your order confirmation or in My Account. Example: Standard 3-5 Business Days, 2 Days Express. Please note our following shipment procedures.
  • DanceShopper does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
  • We ship each item as soon as it is available, so it is not unusual for you to receive your order in separate shipments.
  • To ensure prompt delivery, DanceShopper may ship backorder items, custom-made items and special orders via international suppliers.
  • To provide us with special delivery instructions for your order, please Contact Us. You may also leave a Customer Comment at the Check Out page. Upon receipt of your special delivery instructions, we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipment Status
  • All US domestic shipments are trackable. After your order is shipped, you may track parcels directly in "My account".
  • Shipment Trackability and insurance not available for International Standard Mail or International Priority Mail except International Express Mail.
Customs and Import Duties
  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • DanceShopper ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. DanceShopper is not responsible for any fees occurs in transit:If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
