Damaged/Incorrect Items

At Danceshopper, we are committed to providing only the finest products available and to processing your order correctly. In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please Request Return in My Account. Upon receipt of it, we will e-mail you the return approved confirmation along with return instructions and a return address.
In order to help us process your return efficiently, please return all items in their original packaging. We will ship your replacement packages to you as soon as possible.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect any item you claim to have been damaged/ incorrect. If we identify the defect you have described, we will ship you a replacement of the defective item(s) via Standard Shipment. We will also reimburse you for the cost of return postage provided that you have used the Standard Mail option.
However, if we are unable to identify and validate the defect you have described, the original item(s) will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the package is returned by any means other than Standard Mail, we reserve the right to decide the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a Standard Mail return. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the Standard Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.
For your protection, we suggest that you carefully pack the return parcel and return it by a carrier that offers package tracking (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Registered Mail). DanceShopper is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and loss (shipment fees, etc.)
