How do I Change my Orders?

Danceshopper strives to deliver the highest possible quality of customer service without causing any unnecessary expense to our customers. If you would like to change your order item(s), please sign in My Account to cancel the original order and place the new one. We try to accommodate each request based upon the status of each order. Please review the following three status conditions.
When the Order Status is "Just Ordered"
When your order status is Just Ordered, you may cancel the order directly in My Account and simply place a new one.
When the Order Status is "In Process"
When your order is In Process, you may request cancellation in My Account and place a new one. Upon receipt of your request for cancellation, we will e-mail you a confirmation of your request. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that your request for cancellation will be honored. Your order may already have entered the shipping process, at which point it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy or Contact Us for your order status update.
When the Order Status is "Shipped"
When your order status is shipped, please wait until you have received the shipment. You may then request return your order in My Account, place a new one and send the original back to us. Please refer to our Returning Items and Return Policy; also note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Special Order items
Please note that if your order was processed by special adjustment of fitting or color/material combination or special heel height, different from the standard supply, once the order has been made, we cannot accept any cancellations/ exchanges or returns for that order.
