: Description:

The Strong Frame Expert helps dancers develop a strong, elegant ballroom frame while improving the alignment of the arms, shoulders, and upper body. Its raised-elbow support encourages proper back engagement, helps correct rounded or protruding shoulders, and keeps the arms active and correctly positioned during practice.

[How to use]
1. Raise your elbows slightly above shoulder level and position the frame in place.
2. Adjust the snap buttons on the four curved support bars so they rest comfortably over the shoulders and beneath the upper arms.
3. If the bars are not positioned correctly, use the lower snap buttons to adjust the angle and length of the frame until it fits comfortably and securely.
