Directions:
Your skin must be clean and dry before applying. Remove the breast shapers from the storage material provided
• Step 1 – Position the nipple onto the non-adhesive center of the breast shapers
• Step 2 – Place the lower cup portion of the breast shapers onto the lower portion of the breast just below the nipple. Firmly press and smooth into place, leaving the top portion of the breast shapers unattached
• Step 3 – Lift by pulling the unattached top portion of the breast shapers upward. Lift to the desired position, then firmly press and smooth the top half of the nipple cover against your skin

Usage Tips:
After wearing, place the lifts on the storage material provided. Breast shapers can be gently hand washed with water and worn up to 25 times
