How do I cancel my orders?

Danceshopper strives to deliver the highest possible quality of customer service without causing any unnecessary expense to our customers. Please sign into My Account to cancel your order from the order status bar. We try to accommodate each request based upon the status of each order. Please review the following three status conditions:
When the Order Status is "Just Ordered"
When your order status is Just Ordered, you may cancel the order directly in My Account. A cancellation confirmation will not be sent to you from our system.
When the Order Status is "In Process"
When your order status is In Process, you may still request cancellation in My Account. Upon receipt of your request for cancellation, we will e-mail confirmation of your request. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that your request for cancellation will be honored. Your order may have already have entered the shipping process, at which point it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Request and Return Policy.
When the Order Status is "Shipped"
When your order status is shipped, please wait until you have received the shipment. You may then request a return for your order in My Account before sending the original back to us. Please refer to our Return Request and Return Policy; also note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Special Order Items
Please note that if your order was processed by special adjustment of fitting or color/material combination or special heel height, different from the standard supply, once the order has been made, we cannot accept any cancellations/ exchanges or returns for that order.
