Shipment Time (the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse) depends on product availability. Availability is indicated in each product description on our web site. Example: Usually ships in 3 - 5 days.
   
Shipping Method (the shipment delivery options) can be viewed in your order confirmation or in My Account. Example: Standard 3-5 Business Days, 2 Days Express. Please note our following shipment procedures.
  • DanceShopper does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
  • We ship each item as soon as it is available, so it is not unusual for you to receive your order in separate shipments.
  • To ensure prompt delivery, DanceShopper may ship backorder items, custom-made items and special orders via international suppliers.
  • To provide us with special delivery instructions for your order, please Contact Us. You may also leave a Customer Comment at the Check Out page. Upon receipt of your special delivery instructions, we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipment Status
  • All US domestic shipments are trackable. After your order is shipped, you may track parcels directly in "My account".
    DanceShopper provides over $99.00 free shipping for US customers in 48 states. All Free-Shipping orders are shipped via trackable USPS Standard Mail (First Class Mail or Priority Mail) or other trackable carrier, but Insurance and Signature required are additional services. DanceShopper is not responsible for any packages are shipped(Billing address) and Delivered confirmed from USPS or other carrier.
  • Shipment Trackability and insurance not available for International Standard Mail or International Priority Mail except International Express Mail.
