This DVD is made of 2 parts: In the first part Chris and Justyna demonstrate 5 routines for the following dances:

Waltz
Tango
Slow Foxtrot
Quickstep
Viennese Waltz

Each dance is presented in the following manner:

Dance together to the music
Dance together to the music from a different angle
Explain figure names and timingOne point lesson

In the second part Chris and Justyna perform a full show demonstration with the audience and with full light and costume changes.
