Instructions: To loosen the tie, hold the knot with one hand and with your other hand gently apply upwards pressure at the center of the loop. When wearing the tie, simply hold the knot of the tie and pull down to loosen the tie. Do not pull at the sides of the loop. To fasten the tie, hold the knot with one hand and with your other hand gently pull down on the thin end of the tie.
