Gio Mio Stacia Latin Dance Skirt. High-waisted skirt, top or short dress. We love lots of opportunities and creativity! It can be worn as a salsa skirt: Fabulous frill skirt with plenty of width in the skirt (two half circles) for that spectacular movement. Elastic in the waist and a beautiful, crinkle feature at the top part of the skirt. Crinkle part can be worn at front or at the back. You can either wear it as a top with a slim skirt or "go all in" and wear it as a short dress with hotpants. To complete the look, you can wear one of the Gio Mio elastic, flower belts.
