This makeup is glow in its bright color when under a black light. When their is no UV light it is all most translucent. You can mix it with your creme foundation to make it more invisible in normal light. The green and white will also glow in the dark. Color effect is only achieved under strong lighting by ultraviolet lamps. Non-toxic.
