The Dance Frame is putting posture in its place and has become the leading tool to help dancers easily and quickly learn and feel proper posture, positioning and top class Silhouette!

The Dance Frame is a new training tool for the serious dancer who wants to quickly improve their dance posture and positioning. Designed for both men and women, the product can be comfortably worn on the upper-body to help keep the back, arms and elbows positioned in a consistent manner. It trains muscles to maintain the feeling of proper posture by significantly increasing muscle memory, while in movement. Dancers can finally achieve the perfect posture, each time they dance!

Who is using the Dance Frame?
Anyone! It's great for Beginner dancers who can benefit from it individually, or with their partner, to quickly learn and remember their posture. Need Help for Sizing?
The Dance Frame comes in sizes: Junior, Small, Medium and Large and will accommodate a variety of body types. Fit has more to do with the girth of your shoulders than the size of your torso. A general guideline is to purchase your regular shirt size minus one. For example, if you normally wear a large shirt, start with a medium and go from there. According to the developer of The Dance Frame, a medium will accommodate 80% of dancers frames, however, due to the nature of this product there is no definitive measurement guide for determining sizing.
